If you love buffalo wings, you must know how to make buffalo chicken vinaigrette! The grated chicken is tossed with cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, topped with cheese, and served hot and tender. Only 5 ingredients and you have a winner!

BUFFALO DONUT

I’m not a big fan of wings (unless we’re talking about the band !?), but this fall is another story.

I don’t remember the first time I had a chicken donut, but I remember it was at a party.
She couldn’t stop eating it and she wasn’t the only one!

Quick and Easy is one of the best things about sauces, making them the perfect choice when you need an appetizer or side dish for a shared meal. If I’m hosting I like to do a variety of dives.

Something cool and creamy like a dip will pair well with this hot and spicy dip.

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN AND BUFFALO DIP

For this recipe, you will need cooked and grated chicken. Leftover roast chicken works well, but I generally prefer to poach my chicken breasts.

That way I can cook more and use them for other meals throughout the week, as a quick veggie fajita quesadilla.

3 ways to shred the chicken:

  1. While the chicken is still slightly hot, cut it with two forks.
  2. Let your standing electric mixer with a paddle or hand mixer do the job.
  3. Place in a food processor and beat lightly. This will produce a more finely ground texture.

Then the chicken is mixed with cream cheese, blue cheese, hot sauce, and ranch dressing.

You can also substitute the blue cheese dressing for the ranch.

And if you’re not a fan of blue cheese, you can also use your favorite grated cheese, like Cheddar or Monterrey Jack!

It seems to me that the heat level in this bathroom is perfect for most people, it has just the right amount of spice. Start with less and try as you go, if spicy is a problem.

Finally, this sauce is cooked until hot and served hot.

When it’s summer and it’s hot outside, I refuse to turn on the oven.

Fortunately, you can heat it in the microwave or even on the grill!

However, one of the best ways to do this is in the clay pot. Easy to carry if needed and also keeps the bathroom warm.

Instructions from the clay pot on how to make buffalo chicken dressing will be listed below in the recipe.

I like to serve this dip with celery sticks because it is the traditional accompaniment to buffalo wings.

It can also be served with carrots or any vegetable. Crackers, tortilla chips (my favorite), or sliced baguettes are also great for dipping.

A favorite appetizer for the party is the warm and bubbly buffalo chicken vinaigrette with cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch, and blue cheese!
